RestoreCore Inc. (www.restorecore.com) is a family owned and operated disaster restoration firm and we continue to expand our workforce and are seeking Restoration Technicians to join our team. Because we have a diverse and dedicated restoration team, RestoreCore delivers quality disaster restoration services to commercial and residential customers.

Please include any prior experience in the restoration or construction industry or if you are familiar with the duties involved in
fire/water emergency service response. 

Candidates with existing certifications in WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD, etc. will be given priority consideration. Building maintenance, construction and repair knowledge is a plus. These positions require lifting heavy objects, working over-time hours as needed.

RestoreCore (www.restorecore.com) is a family owned and operated Disaster Restoration firm and general contractor looking for a full time carpenter to assist with basic repair projects.

The carpenter must be skilled in residential construction trades including:

• drywall installing/finishing 
• painting
• trim
• cabinetry
• basic electric/plumbing

Ideal candidate will have experience in multiple trades, strong customer service skills, completing projects on budget and should have own tools.

A company required pre-employment drug screening and background check will be performed. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

RestoreCore Inc (www.restorecore.com) is seeking an experienced and diligent commercial Estimator to prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in operating as a commercial estimator in the disaster restoration industry.

Prior experience writing, negotiating and resolving large scale multi-family claims will be considered a plus. You must be thorough and apt in managing relationships with key persons. The goal is to provide detailed reports so the company can make informed decisions that will enhance its profitability and growth.

Estimator rate will be determined on experience. RestoreCore also requires a pre-employment screening process, which may include a criminal history, education verification as well as a drug screening. A valid and compliant driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand the project/program and its requirements
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
• Gather first-hand information from sites
• Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting
• Create and submit estimate reports to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, etc.)
