This month, we’re highlighting two members of the RestoreCore team – Tony Kapranos and Aspen Deininger.
Tony Kapranos
After joining the RestoreCore team just over a year ago, Tony has enjoyed serving as an estimator creating estimates for services provided to our customers such as water damage, reconstructions, cleaning, and more. A previous home inspector in Virginia, Tony moved here to join the team.
What’s your background?
My degree is in mechanical engineering, and I come from a family of residential home builders.
What has been your greatest accomplishment at RestoreCore?
Simply learning the restoration business. It is fast paced and can be trying, but I feel accomplished at the end of the day.
What’s the best part of working at the company?
The people I work with.
What have you learned about yourself by working here?
I have the ability to deal with the same issue from multiple angles, i.e. one project may require dealing with an adjuster, our technicians, our management, sub-contractors, and more, and I’ve learned to speak to each differently to obtain a common goal.
Anything else you’d like to add?
I have enjoyed my time with RestoreCore and I feel that we can do great things as a company. And a silly item is that I do a BIG Christmas lights display. It is a big hobby of mine!
Aspen Deininger
A long-time RestoreCore member, Aspen Deininger has been with the team for eight years. Serving in a customer service and administrative capacity, Aspen is integral to daily operation of the business.

An affiliate adapting the ‘executive summary’ as part of their process based on one of my own.
