This month we’re featuring two employees that have several years’ experience with RestoreCore.
Rhamy Emara
Joining the RestoreCore team in early 2016, Rhamy now serves as Branch Manager, overseeing the branch’s operations and managing reconstruction projects. With a background in environmental consulting and remediation, Rhamy has a history of drafting remedial action work plans, as well as designing and building remediation systems to treat contaminated soil and groundwater. Rhamy also owned and operated a swimming pool construction and service company prior to joining RestoreCore.
What has been your greatest accomplishment at RestoreCore?
I believe my greatest accomplishment at RestoreCore is maintaining a positive work environment for the entire team.
What’s the best part of working at the company?
RestoreCore genuinely cares about its employees and customers. The company is very focused on employee engagement and delivering exceptional customer service.
What have you learned about yourself by working here?
I learned that empathy and appropriately managing customer expectations is the key to success in this industry and most other industries.
Steve Lanciano
Joining the RestoreCore team in 2013, Steve now serves as Business Development Manager in King of Prussia since he started. With a background in construction, project management, and estimating, Steve’s experience and skillset is a perfect match for our team. Prior to his role in Business Development, Steve was responsible for scoping projects and preparing estimates for invoicing and bidding. He is now responsible for managing existing sales accounts and growing new business.
What has been your greatest accomplishment at RestoreCore?
I take satisfaction in training new estimators and enjoying their success.
What’s the best part of working at the company?
Definitely the team mentality. There is a supportive culture here that doesn’t exist everywhere. You are aware that your co-worker has your back and that management is willing to listen.
