At RestoreCore, our clients and our team are at the top of the list! We are proud to have so many skilled, knowledgable, and team-focused individuals working with RestoreCore. This month we’re pleased to introduce you to two members of the RestoreCore team: Adam Simone and Larri Ann Craig.
Adam Simone
Joining RestoreCore in 2011, Adam Simone started his career with the company as a project manager. Since then, he’s worked with the RestoreCore team to become a regional manager overseeing the Central Pennsylvania office, Lehigh Valley office, and the Central New Jersey office.
What has been your greatest accomplishment at RestoreCore?
One of my greatest accomplishments is being a part of the team that was able to assist after Super Storm Sandy hit the east coast. We see devastation everyday just being in the restoration industry but the damage that was done by Sandy was on a whole different level. Helping the efforts down there really made you feel like you were truly helping people at the worst time of their lives. It was impactful and I’m glad I had the opportunity to help.
What’s the best part of working at the company?
The people are, and will continue to be the best part of our company. The restoration industry is ever changing and very tough. I respect every single person that works with us. They’re willing to get up every morning and to fight that fight. We truly have some of the best people working with us and I’m thankful that I get to come to work every day and be a part of a restoration company in Harrisburg that cares about what they do.
What have you learned about yourself by working here?
I’ve learned that you cannot really accomplish anything without having the right people on your team. It doesn’t matter what industry you are involved in – if you don’t have the right people by your side charging into battle then you are doomed to fail. The people are the biggest component to success and the lifeblood of any organization. Great people make great companies great.
Larri Ann Craig
New to the team within the past year, Larri Ann is a member of the business development team. With a rich background in the multifamily industry, Larri Ann brings her knowledge of both the property management and sales side to the team.
What do you do as a member of the RestoreCore team?
I am a Business Developer and my main objective is to create and nurture long lasting relationships/partnerships with our customers and provide them with superior service from our restoration company in Harrisburg and the surrounding area. I want them to feel at ease when a disaster occurs and know that we have it covered.
What’s the best part of working at the company?
The team – I love being a part of a team that has the same objectives and goals.
What do you hope to accomplish personally and professionally as a member of the RestoreCore team?
My hope is that I can impact my customers and team members in a positive manner each day.
