We’re excited to announce another RestoreCore team promotion! Please join us in celebrating RestoreCore’s new VIce President of Sales and Marketing – Beth Bencivenni!
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Beth is responsible for managing sales and marketing strategy. So, she identifies and plans networking opportunities, and ensures RestoreCore is a resource our customers know and trust. Undeniably, her new role will be a key component in RestoreCore’s growth and future vision.
Beth has been in the restoration industry for just over 11 years. Since then, two years ago, she began her career as Vice President of Sales for RestoreCore’s sister company, SecureCore, and focused on the Disaster Planning side of our business. In this time, Beth grew familiar with RestoreCore’s philosophy on building partnerships and relationships with clients, long before disasters happen. This reinforced that she could envision a long career with our team.
She explains, “Starting with SecureCore was such an incredible learning experience. It gave opportunity to see that my own beliefs on building strong relationships with clients aligned perfectly with the foundation of success that RestoreCore was built upon.”
While she’s off the clock, Beth has a full house that she shares with her husband and 2 wonderful children (ages 6 and 4) as well as her 2 dogs – all of whom keep her very busy. When she does get time to herself, she loves to read or listen to books on Audible. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
What impactful things help in your new role at RestoreCore?
“Really taking the time to learn the disaster planning side of our business has been an incredible adventure. In addition, I’ve spent a lot of time leading up to this promotion focused on building out continuing education for our clients. This helps them better prepare for the unexpected through education and disaster simulations.”
What are you most excited for in your new position?
Beth discussed that in her new role, she is “most excited to work closely with the sales and marketing team. RestoreCore has always had a great reputation for attracting top talent in the industry, and the sales team is no exception! [She is] equally excited to be on the front lines, shaping the plans and helping our company grow into new markets.”
What are some of your personal goals in your promotion?
“I want to make sure that I am doing everything to provide the sales team with the tools, knowledge and support needed. As a leading provider of restoration services, working almost exclusively for the commercial and multifamily industries – what our sales team brings to the table is crucial to RestoreCore’s success. I want to make sure they always feel supported in their efforts, above all else.”
